That is, Carnival feest days! This weekend I have been celebrating carnival, yeah! It started with a parade of customs with some carriages and performances in Eindhoven, Saturday midday. Later, it continues at the market square where there were a big stage and beers dispenser everywhere.
Luego, todo siguió en la plaza del mercado donde había un escenado con una carpa inmensa, y lugares con expendedores de cerveza por todos sitios. Luego de cenar algo, de vuelta al Stratumseind, donde con Gustavo fuimos a Santiago de Cuba, un lugar donde pasaron una mezcla de música latina con música pop/dance. ¡Muy bueno!
After having dinner, went back to the Stratumseind, where with Gustavo we went to Santiago de Cuba, a place where they played a mix between Latin songs and pop-dance music... very nice!!
No sólo bailar, sino tratar de encontrar algunas cosas más, como podrán ver ;)Not only dance!! I had to find out some other things, as you can see ;)
El día después conocí a mucha gente por vez primera. Todos (o la mayoría) estudiantes en la universidad. Nos fuimos a Maastricht, donde hubo algo parecido a lo del sábado en Eindhoven, pero mucho, mucho mejor, con desfiles, gente con disfraces muy creativos y divertidos. ¡Excelente!
The day after, I met many people, students from the university, I just met them for the first time. With all of them we went to Maastricht, where there was something like on Saturday in Eindhoven, but much much better, with parades, people wearing very creative and funny customs. Very nice!
